History of Pomodoro’s Pizza

Here’s a little bit about the history of Pomodoro Pizza from the founder of Pomodoro Pizza himself, Rosario Lubrano:
I’m Rosario Lubrano from Monte di Procida in Naples, Italy. I traveled to New Jersey in 1996 where I worked at a family based Pizzeria for several years and learnt the art of making New Jersey style Pizza. A few years ago I moved to Florida and am now a resident of Lutz.

In 2009, I opened Pomodoro’s doors to the public in Brandon, FL and since then have proudly served the residents of Brandon and the surrounding areas. Pomodoro creates an authentic Italian experience with homemade dishes made from family recipes. All sauces and dough are prepared fresh daily.
